About the research

I’m Harriet Bowyer and I'm a trainee clinical psychologist at the University of Glasgow. I'm working in collaboration with the NFU Scotland to research a new online support course aimed at farming communities. In particular, the course aims to help people facing problems of stress and low mood.

If you're an adult aged 18+ we'd love to hear from you and get your help.

What we asking for: people willing to answer questionnaires online, then use an online course consisting of modules, worksheets and booklets designed to improve low mood and stress.
